Please note that all purchases made through FiveHood are final and non-refundable.

Due to the nature of our products and services (including digital items, in-game content, ranks, or virtual goods), we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or chargebacks once a transaction has been successfully completed.

We strongly encourage all customers to review their orders carefully before confirming payment. If you experience any technical issues or have questions regarding your purchase, our support team will be happy to assist you.

By completing a purchase with FiveHood, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

Account Transfer Policy

We currently support account transfers for ranks only.

Please note the following:

  • Only purchased ranks are eligible for transfer.

  • Virtual currency, items, statistics, playtime, permissions, cosmetics, or any other data are not transferable.

  • Rank transfers are reviewed and processed manually by our staff team.

  • Proof of purchase and account ownership may be required before approval.

  • Abuse of the transfer system may result in denial of the request.

All transfer decisions made by the FiveHood team are final.

If you would like to request a rank transfer, please contact our support team with the necessary details.

To ensure a fast and smooth resolution, include the following in your ticket:

  • Transaction ID or proof of purchase
